blog.codeberg.org 2026/7/23 公告：Bastian Greshake Tzovaras + Otto Richter + William Zijl 三人发起。14 天投票期，两道独立投票：

• 第一道（formal privacy stance）：Codeberg 不会用 user/project data 训练 LLM。绝对多数通过——这是 Codeberg 第一次以组织名义对外承诺 platform privacy。
• 第二道（更争议）：修改 ToS 禁止 vibe-coded 项目。358 vs 144 vs 14 = 71% 同意。voter turnout ~50% 触发了史上最大一次 ToS 修改动议。
