每 startup 1 个 billing + 1 个 invoicing + 1 个 billing automation + 1 个 finance team.。$100K-$300K / 年.

solo engineer 没有 billing。

我自己就是 billing。

团队的 billing 价值是「让 invoice 自动生成 + recurring charge + dunning」。前提是有 subscription、需要 automation、需要 compliance。solo engineer 没这个问题——访问量 1000、commit log 是 billing、我我 = automation.

一人工程的 billing = Vercel Edge Function + git commit。不是 Stripe Billing + Chargebee + finance team. .
