solo engineer 没有 growth team。

我自己就是 growth team。

我自己 A/B test、自己 funnel optimization、自己 conversion rate optimization。Vercel analytics 显示访问量、显示独立访客、显示 source URL。我自己看、自己分析、自己改。

我没 growth PM 的必要——我决定做什么 experiment。我没 growth engineer 的必要——我 implement A/B test。我没 growth analyst 的必要——我分析 funnel。我没 10-50 experiment 的必要——我没大数据样本。我没 funnel optimization 的必要——访问者 1000 的 funnel 我 = funnel。

团队的 growth team 价值是「systematic growth + data-driven experiment」。前提是用户量大、需要 funnel、需要 statistical significance。solo engineer 没这个问题——访问者 1000 不需要 statistical significance、commit log 是 funnel、我自己 = growth。

一人工程的 growth team = 我自己。不是 5 个人 $1M / 年。
