solo engineer 没有 raise，我自己就是 investor

团队有 raise。

Raise：融资。Funding round：融资轮。Series A / B / C / D：种子轮之后。Seed：种子轮。Pre-seed：pre-seed。Dilution：稀释。Term sheet：条款清单。Valuation：估值。Cap table：股权。Lead investor：领投。Co-investor：跟投。Pro-rata：跟投权。

每个 startup 2-5 轮融资 + 1 个 CFO + 1 个 lawyer + 1 个 banker。$50K-$200K / 轮 in legal + banking。

solo engineer 没有 raise。

我自己就是 investor。

我 = 唯一 investor。我 100% 持有。我不需要 Series A、不需要稀释、不需要 term sheet、不需要 valuation、不需要 lead investor。

我没 raise 的必要——我没 startup 要 scale。我没 funding round 的必要——我没 round 要 close。我没 Series A 的必要——我没 $1M+ 要 raise。我没 dilution 的必要——100% 是我的。我没 term sheet 的必要——没条款要签。我没 valuation 的必要——没 valuation 要 defend。我没 cap table 的必要——100% 是我的。我没 lead investor 的必要——我是 lead。我没 pro-rata 的必要——我没 round。

团队的 raise 价值是「scale business + 加 capital + 加 advisor」。前提是要 scale、要 capital、要 advisor。solo engineer 没这个问题——不 scale、不需要 capital、commit log = advisor。

一人工程的 raise = 0。不是 $200K legal。
