solo engineer 没有 TBM。

我自己就是 TBM。

我想怎么花就怎么花、想 commit 什么就 commit 什么、想 deploy 什么就 deploy 什么。我不需要 TBM、不需要 Apptio、不需要 FinOps、不需要 cloud cost management。

我没 TBM 的必要——我没 TBM framework。我没 technology business management 的必要——我没 business management。我没 Apptio 的必要——我没 enterprise TBM。我没 ITFM 的必要——没 IT financial management。我没 FinOps 的必要——Vercel $20/月够用。我没 cloud cost management 的必要——没 cloud。我没 $100K-$500K / 年 的必要——没 TBM 平台。我没 $500K-$2M / 年 的必要——没 TBM team。

团队的 TBM 价值是「让 IT spend transparent + 优化 cloud cost」。前提是有 IT spend、需要 transparency、需要 cost optimization。solo engineer 没这个问题——Vercel $20/月 transparent、commit log = cost、我 = optimization。

一人工程的 TBM = commit log + Vercel bill。不是 $500K TBM team。
